Personalized. I feel like my child grew a lot with writing especially, which was adapted and facilitated by the CVVA teachers. I loved that he could choose interests to research and write about, and that he was so supported in the Learning Center.
Flexible. I’m convinced this program is the hidden gem of the district. The flexibility and asynchronous schedule plus the ability for students to learn at their own pace in a comfortable environment with support from knowledgeable and experienced teachers who are invested in their students’ learning was a huge gift for our family. I tell other CV parents about it any chance I get!
Connected. The socialization & in person activities were excellent for my child this year. It was a good blend of her being around other kids, but being able to adjust her time when she was overwhelmed, sick or we had a trip or activity planned.
